Switching the machine on

The machine must be connected to the power supplies.

The safety guard must be lowered.

The ARRET D'URGENCE (Emergency stop) push-button must be released .

  1. Open the pneumatic air supply valve.
  2. Turn the AUTO / O / MAIN selector switch to the ON position.
  3. Press the EN SERVICE (In service) illuminated button.

Switching the machine off

  1. Raise the safety guard.
  2. Turn the AUTO / O / MAIN selector switch to the OFF position.

Starting the production of filled and capped bottles

Starting mass production

The machine must be switched on, .

The valve under the tank must be open.

The number of caps on the ramp must correspond to the number of empty bottles on the input conveyor.

  1. Turn the AUTO / O / MAIN selector switch to the AUTO position.
  2. Press the START button.
  3. Remove filled and capped bottles from the outfeed conveyor.

Production automatically pauses in the event of a bottle overload on the output conveyor or when there are no bottles on the input conveyor. During this pause, the machine remains in service. Production automatically resumes once the cause of the overload has been eliminated.

Start single-cycle production

The machine must be switched on, .

There must be at least one empty bottle on the infeed conveyor.

There must be at least one cap on the ramp.

  1. Turn the AUTO / O / MAIN selector switch to the MAIN position.
  2. Press the MAIN button 3 times.

Each time the MAIN button is pressed, the rotary table moves one index step and the filling and capping operations are performed.

Emergency stop

Activating the emergency stop

  • Press the ARRET D'URGENCE (Emergency stop) button.

Reset the emergency stop

  • Turn the ARRET D'URGENCE (Emergency stop) button to release it.

Feeding the machine with materials.

The tank must contain enough liquid.

To check feeding capacities, see the corresponding section .

  1. Loading empty bottles.
  2. Load caps.
  3. Fill the tank with liquid.

The caps must be placed threated-side down.

Adjusting the dosage of liquid

  1. Unscrew the grey knob to allow adjustment.
  2. Screw/unscrew the black knob until the desired length is obtained.
  3. Tighten the grey knob to lock the adjustment.
